Download your capital plan as an Excel file with full line-item detail.

Once you're satisfied with a capital plan scenario, export it to Excel. The export includes every line item — equipment, property, area, estimated cost, replacement year, and timeframe classification — along with the annual spend summary and any leveling adjustments you've made.

Export Format

Capital plans export as Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) with itemized replacement costs, timing, and asset detail — ready to drop into your own financial models or share with ownership.

Columns include:

• Equipment — Brand, model, and description
• Property — Property name and address
• Location — Area or unit within the property
• Estimated Cost — Replacement cost estimate
• Replacement Year — Scheduled year for replacement
• Timeframe — Immediate, Short Term, or Long Term
• Condition — Current condition rating
• Remaining Life — Estimated years remaining
