Account and Subscription

Manage your profile, team members, and billing.

Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar to access Account and Subscription tabs.

Account

The Account tab covers your profile details and team management:

  • Profile — Update your name, email, and profile photo
  • Notification preferences — Control which emails you receive (assessment completions, monthly reports, system alerts)
  • Team members — Invite colleagues, assign roles, and manage access levels
  • Access levels — Admin (full access), Member (can run assessments and view reports), Viewer (read-only)

Subscription

The Subscription tab shows your current plan and billing information:

  • Current plan — See which plan you're on and what's included
  • Usage — Track assessments run, properties added, and work orders enriched this billing period
  • Billing history — View and download past invoices
  • Payment method — Update your card on file

Changing Plans

To upgrade or change your plan, click Manage Subscription on the Subscription tab. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your current period.

For enterprise pricing or custom arrangements, contact our team.

Need to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription tab. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to return.
