Browse Work Orders (Maintenance → Browse) lets you search your entire work order history by describing what you're looking for in your own words — no codes or special syntax needed.

Example Searches

Here are examples of the kinds of searches you can run:

  • By issue type: "plumbing leaks" or "HVAC not cooling"
  • By location and time: "roof issues at 6000 Compton last winter"
  • By vendor: "work orders assigned to ABC Plumbing"
  • By cost: "work orders over $5,000"
  • By pattern: "recurring elevator problems in Building A"
  • By date range: "emergency calls in January 2024"

Search Results

Each result shows:

  • Work order ID
  • Status — Closed, Deferred, Closed – No Repair Made, etc.
  • Title
  • Location
  • Assignee
  • Close date
