A live view of every work order Inspectr is enriching — showing each order as it's received, processed, and returned with diagnosis, cost context, and recommended actions.
The Work Order Feed (Maintenance → Feed) displays work orders from your connected platform in real time. Every row shows the task ID, property, platform receipt status, enrichment status, creation date, and download links for two PDF versions (Vendor and Internal reports).
Filtering and Search
Filter by status — All, Enriched, Skipped, or Failed — and search by task ID or property name. Your results are displayed across multiple pages; use the navigation at the bottom to browse. The feed updates in real time as new work orders come in.
What You See in the Feed
- Task ID — The work order identifier from your source system
- Property — The property where the work order originated
- Platform Status — Whether the work order was received from your platform
- Enrichment Status — Whether Inspectr has enriched the work order
- Creation Date — When the work order was created
- PDF Downloads — Vendor and Internal report buttons
Tip: Use the status filters to quickly identify work orders that failed enrichment and may need manual review.
