The Repairs tab shows every issue found during the assessment, organized by priority with cost estimates and location details.
What you'll see
Each repair item displays:
- Severity — Critical, High, or Medium, based on safety risk and operational impact
- Classification — Immediate (address now) or Short Term (address within the next maintenance cycle)
- Location — where the issue applies, down to specific units or areas
- Estimated cost — a cost estimate based on scope, quantity, and market rates
Total estimated cost
At the top of the Repairs tab, you'll see a total estimated cost across all identified repairs. This updates automatically if you refine individual estimates.

Click any repair item to expand it and see full issue details — including category, description, recommended action, and the option to refine the estimate. See the Issue Details article for more on what each field means.
