The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of your property's condition, organized by building system.
Systems in your assessment
The systems shown in your assessment depend on what's present at the property. Inspectr identifies the systems that are actually there — based on your photos and inspection data — and organizes findings accordingly.
Common systems include:
Your property may show additional or fewer systems depending on what was captured. For example, a property with a pool will show Pool/Spa; a property without central HVAC may show individual unit systems instead.
Condition ratings
Each system receives an overall condition rating based on the findings from your inspection data. Ratings help you quickly identify which systems need attention and which are in good shape.
Navigating to details
Click on any system in the Overview to see the specific findings, photos, and repair items associated with that system. You can also switch to the Repairs tab for a prioritized list across all systems.
Editing system ratings
You can edit condition ratings directly from the Overview tab. Click on any system rating to open the edit panel, adjust the rating, and optionally add a note explaining the change.
Note: Edits you make are saved to your assessment and reflected in any reports you export. The original AI-generated rating is preserved in the edit history so you can see what changed.
