Every piece of equipment in your inventory has a profile with three tabs: Product Information, Useful Life, and Preventive Schedule.
Click any row in the Equipment Inventory to open the full asset profile. This is where you can review the key information Inspectr has assembled for that specific piece of equipment.
Product Information
The Product Information tab shows the core details for the asset, including manufacturer information, equipment description, and key technical specifications.
You may also see supporting documentation and reference details when available, along with warranty or date-related information tied to the equipment record.
Use this tab to quickly confirm what the asset is and review the main specifications relevant to operations, maintenance, and planning.
Useful Life
The Useful Life tab shows the asset's lifecycle view, including estimated age, current stage in its lifecycle, and replacement timing guidance.
A timeline helps you understand where the asset sits today and how much useful life may remain.
This tab is designed to support replacement planning by giving you a clear view of lifecycle status and forward-looking planning information for the asset.
Preventive Schedule
The Preventive Schedule tab shows the recommended maintenance schedule for that specific piece of equipment.
Each task includes the maintenance activity and its recommended frequency. You can use this view to understand what work should be performed and how often.
When available, this tab may also show planning details to support budgeting and scheduling. The goal is to give your team a clear, equipment-specific maintenance view in one place.
