The Cost Estimator (Maintenance → Estimator) lets you describe a maintenance project and receive an estimated cost range before you dispatch the work or approve a quote.
Creating an Estimate
Click + New Estimate, enter a description of the work, and Inspectr will generate an estimated cost range for the job.
Use this when you want a quick planning estimate for budgeting, triage, or quote review.
What You'll See
Each estimate includes:
- A recommended cost range for the job
- Supporting context to help you understand the estimate
- Related planning details that may help with review or next steps
Vendor Recommendations
When available, Inspectr may also surface local vendor options relevant to the job.
This can help your team move more quickly from estimate to execution.
Tip: Your recent estimates are saved in the left panel so you can revisit them later.
