Monthly Performance Reports

A finished monthly operations report with executive summary, key metrics, flagged items, and highlights.

The Performance section (Maintenance → Performance) produces a monthly report for your portfolio.

Executive Summary

Each report opens with an executive summary showing:

• Total work orders opened and closed
• Total spend
• Average cost
• Closure rate
• Average days to close

All metrics include month-over-month trend indicators.

Key Metrics

Key metrics are displayed with directional arrows showing whether they improved or worsened versus the prior month:

• Opened — New work orders created this month
• Closed — Work orders completed this month
• Still Open — Carry-over from prior months
• Closure Rate — Percentage of work orders closed within SLA
• Average Close Time — Days from open to close
• Total Spend — Sum of all work order costs
• Average Cost — Per-work-order average

Flagged Items

Work orders with potential cost concerns worth reviewing. Each flagged item shows:

• Vendor — Who performed the work
• Property — Where the work occurred
• Cost — What was charged
• Explanation — Why it was flagged (e.g., "this job is more than double the portfolio median for similar work — here are comparable jobs that came in cheaper")

Inspectr Highlights

Strong outcomes where diagnosis and cost aligned well. These show where Inspectr's enrichment led to efficient resolution — the right vendor, the right scope, the right price. Use these in your own reporting to demonstrate operational wins.
